I am a seeker and a teacher by nature. I am a foodie and a yogi by nurture. Teaching cookery and yoga comes to me as naturally as breathing. They both nurture the body, mind and soul and being able to share this with people daily, is one of the great blessings in my life. I believe that before we can function optimally in our jobs and families, we need to take care of ourselves first. Through healthy eating and movement we build ourselves up from the inside out and are ready to tackle the challenges life throws at us. I strive to help my students to tap into that self nurturing space by adapting and harmonising my classes, in both cookery and yoga, to suit their specific needs and life style.
