This is a very short post to send a great big shout out to Ananda Sanga. This is where I have been doing my level 1 yoga teacher training. It has deepened my personal yoga practice and set a solid foundation for my journey as a yoga teacher. I now know that I will never stop learning, exploring and expanding my knowledge. I’m hooked!
